Willie B. Raines, standing 6’1, weighing 300 pounds, 23 inch arms, and known as “Freight Train”, is the president of Reclaiming Ground Inc., a company based in Warner Robins, Georgia, which conducts school assemblies to empower youth to make excellent social and academic choices for 17 years.
Prior to starting RGI, Raines served as captain and most requested motivational speaker/athlete for 12 years for The Power Team in Dallas, Texas. Instrumental in drawing people from all walks of life together, he performed for over 3,000,000 people and helped the team generate over $28 million over course of his career.
In 2004 and 2005, Raines was invited by the Israeli government, Consul for Tourism, to perform feats of strength and provide inspirational messages to their military, fire fighters, police officers and government officials. For his efforts, he received a plaque of appreciation from the Israeli Government.
As a native of Warner Robins, Georgia, Raines was educated in the Peach and Houston County School systems and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in religion from Liberty University, Lynchburg Virginia, and he is currently pursuing a master’s degree.
Raines prolific messages have allowed him to travel throughout 50 states and 27 countries empowering a generation to make the right choices. He also has been featured on Steve Harvey’s Big Time, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, ABC, NBC, CNN, FOX, ESPN, WB, Daystar, TBN, and Genis Book World’s Records Unleashed.
Diversely supportive of community, Raines did a local announcement for Pfizer during their anti-smoking campaign and performed for 300 Yeoman on the battleship USS Anzio to motivate military members prior to going to war.
Willie is married to Amy Raines, a certified counselor who has the same dreams and desires of making a difference in the lives of people around the world and empowering them as well. She is his Proverbs 31. He has three daughter: Olivia, Amya, and Amere, and his right hand man, his dog Prince Raines.
