Standing at 6’1, weighing 300 pounds, and boasting 23-inch arms, Willie B. Raines-”known as “Freight Train” is a powerhouse of motivation and strength. As the president of Reclaiming Ground Inc. (RGI), based in Warner Robins, Georgia, he has spent the past 17 years leading school assemblies that empower youth to make positive social and academic choices.
A Legacy of Impact
Before founding RGI, Raines served for 12 years as captain and most-requested motivational speaker/athlete for The Power Team in Dallas, Texas. His dynamic presence helped draw millions from all walks of life, leading to over 3 million live event attendees and generating $28 million in revenue for the organization.
His influence extended internationally when, in 2004 and 2005, Raines was invited by the Israeli government and Consul for Tourism to inspire military personnel, firefighters, police officers, and government officials. For his contributions, he received a plaque of appreciation from the Israeli government.

A proud native of Warner Robins, Georgia, Raines was educated in the Peach and Houston County school systems before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree.
